Patrick Alderdice started at Pennington & Company in 1996 and was named President and CEO in 1999. Since then, Pennington has grown from six employees and eight clients to the premiere Greek fundraising firm in the nation, with over 85 employees spanning every US time zone and clients representing over 60 national fraternities/sororities on 135+ college campuses. In 2016, Pennington celebrated over half a billion dollars raised for Greek life.
Prior to joining Pennington, Patrick served the Delta Chi Fraternity as a leadership consultant, director of chapter development, director of chapter services, and for the last 18 years has been on the Alumni Board of Trustees for ΔΧ’s Kansas Chapter. Patrick has been recognized as a thought leader within the Greek world. His honors and activities include:
Outside of Pennington, Patrick puts his adventurous nature to use mountain climbing, having climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Rainier, Everest Basecamp, and Torres Del Paine (Patagonia). He resides in Lawrence, Kansas, with his family.
As Executive Vice President, Rod oversees the alumni communications department at Pennington & Co. He also and works closely with the firm’s consultants to ensure that the company’s services and counsel are tailored to meet the needs of each organization. He regularly presents to housing corporations and volunteers across the country, helping them strategically plan for and execute their fundraising and communications campaigns.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Rod gained extensive fundraising and marketing experience while working within the athletic departments of the University of Kansas and the University of Maryland. At both institutions, he was responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with individual and corporate donors.
Rod is an initiate of the Kansas Chapter of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. While holding many leadership positions within the Chapter, his undergraduate experience was highlighted by a $3 million renovation of the chapter house. This experience unlocked his passion for fundraising and was a catalyst for his professional career in development. As an alumnus, Rod has been recognized for his volunteer efforts by the KU Greek Life office with the Outstanding Alumni Service award as well as by his chapter as a recipient of its Distinguished Alumnus Award.
He and his wife Angela reside in Leawood, Kansas with their two young children.
Jerry has conducted nearly 30 capital campaigns, helped raise more than $100 million for local and national campaigns, and secured multiple seven-figure gifts. Previously, he was a Delta Tau Delta chapter consultant and visited more than 45 college campuses. Jerry helped establish Delt chapters at Allegheny College, Chapman College, Michigan State University, Texas Tech University and Virginia Tech University. Additionally, the Cooper/ O’Callaghan Scholarship with the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation is named in his honor. He remains an active volunteer with Delta Tau Delta as a division vice president and serves on the Foundation’s development committee.
Jerry is an Illinois State University alumnus and earned his graduate degree from Texas A&M University. He lives in Lawrence, KS, where often he can be found at a hockey rink or similar locations for his two sons’ activities. A fan of live performances, Jerry enjoys concerts, musicals, comedy shows and sporting events.
Jack Corby is a dynamic person committed to leadership, education, and community service. Jack served as a Fulbright Scholar in Bulgaria where he taught 400+ high school students using innovative in-classroom and out-of-classroom curriculum and Place-Based Educational Pedagogies.
Jack was formerlly an undergraduate commissioner on the Beta Theta Pi Foundation National Board of Trustees. In that role, he helped with strategic planning and fundraising for Beta’s third capital campaign and scholarship campaign.
Jack graduated from Elon University, and was the student body president. In that role, he spearheaded on-campus projects and served on strategic planning committees with faculty and senior administrators.
Jack lives in Cambridge, MA. He enjoys traveling, walking, listening to podcasts, and a great brewery.
Aaron graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in interdisciplinary anthropology with an emphasis in business. Aaron started his career as a Delta Tau Delta chapter consultant and visited over 55 college campuses in 26 states. He also helped recolonize Delt chapters at Auburn University and Arizona State University.
At Pennington & Company, Aaron is the Executive Vice President of Sales. He has conducted over 25 pre-campaign feasibility studies, coordinated 21 capital campaigns raising over $34 million, and worked on two national campaigns. Aaron has helped secure three seven-figure gifts ($1,000,000, $1,000,000 and $1,250,000) to Greek campaigns.
Aaron grew up in Colorado and now resides in Sherman Oaks, CA with his wife, Mandi and his two daughters. Aaron’s hobbies include traveling, downhill skiing, playing backgammon, and performing magic (ask about the Magic Castle). As a baseball fan, Aaron is on a mission to watch a MLB game in every stadium in America.
Kelley supports fraternal organizations in reaching their goals through project and volunteer management. In addition to her fundraising expertise, she supports the consulting department as a member of the training and recruitment teams. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island Kelley began her career as a Zeta Tau Alpha Leadership Consultant. During her two years as an LC, she was part of the extension teams at Seton Hall University and Boise State University. Kelley remains an active volunteer for ZTA.
She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2018 to attend the University of Arkansas, graduating with her M.Ed. in Higher Education in 2020. A Massachusetts native, Kelley enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Teddy, trying new coffee shops, and cheering on the Rhode Island Rams and Arkansas Razorbacks.
During her time at Pennington, Jenna has coached 19 clients to success across the country as they conduct feasibility studies, sustainability fundraising, and capital campaigns. In addition to her fundraising expertise, she supports the consulting department as a member of the training and recruitment teams. Her emphasis on growth has allowed her to focus on the development of employees both personally and professionally.
Previously, Jenna worked with Chi Omega where she served as a national leadership consultant, conducting 41 field visits in 14 different states. She is an active Chi Omega volunteer, serving locally and nationally on Chi Omega’s membership review and national recruitment teams.
Jenna graduated from the University of Kentucky’s Global Scholars Program with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, she shares her passion for empowering women by volunteering with her high school as a member of their board of directors and annual benefit committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, catching up with family and friends, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and Purdue Boilermakers.
Gabby Jackson, a capital campaign consultant, helps fraternal organizations achieve their goals. She began her career as an Alpha Omicron Pi leadership consultant and visited virtually and in-person more than 60 chapters in 18 states. Also, she worked on-site with University of Nevada-Reno, California State University Long Beach, and Illinois State University Alpha Omicron Pi chapters. Gabby loves to travel and enjoys trying all the local favorites.
Gabby graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Sociology. She lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and enjoys spending time by the pool with her family, cooking, and cycling.
Michaela Johnson supports fraternal organizations in reaching their goals through project and volunteer management. She began her career as a Tri Delta chapter development consultant visiting more than 20 chapters. During her time as a consultant, she was part of the expansion team founding Tri Delta’s chapter at Tulane University where she built an expertise in supporting newly established chapters and their operations.
Michaela graduated from Stockton University with a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in hospitality and tourism. She lives in New Jersey and has remained an active recruitment volunteer for Tri Delta. She also enjoys traveling, spending time outside, and trying new recipes with her friends and family.
Matt provides full capital campaign consulting and major gift officer services. In his 15 years on staff, he has raised more than $30 million with 24 clients representing 14 different organizations. He supervises a team focused on training new consultants and assists with strategic initiatives.
He was formerly Delta Chi Fraternity’s director of chapter services and was a fraternity leadership consultant. As director of chapter services, Matt managed Delta Chi’s traveling leadership staff; developed online and in-person training materials; provided alumni relations services; and coordinated all leadership events and conventions.
Matt was chapter president at Kansas State and is a member of his chapter's Educational Foundation board. He regularly volunteers for fraternity leadership programs. In fact, Matt met his wife, Erin, when they facilitated a leadership program together. Now living in Knoxville, TN, Matt enjoys time with his sons, Collin and Carter, home improvement projects, tailgating, college football and pro soccer, and traveling.
Matt’s been a Pennington team member for more than 10 years. During that time, he’s led 15 capital campaigns and raised more than $20 million. A strong leader, Matt encourages his team to focus on creative thinking and passionate storytelling to help Pennington’s clients achieve their dreams.
Matt previously worked for Delta Tau Delta’s headquarters after graduating cum laude from Allegheny College with a bachelor’s in psychology and communication arts. As a Delta Tau Delta professional, he traveled to more than 70 college campuses in three years and implemented the fraternity’s membership education initiative.
Matt is a Pittsburgh native who currently lives in Hattiesburg, MS, with his wife, Kari, and two children. Despite living more than a hundred miles from a permanent ice rink, Matt is an avid hockey fan and former Mario Lemieux Fantasy Hockey Camp attendee. His family’s Christmas decorating features more than 1,000 ornaments hung on five trees totaling 35 feet.
Jill has conducted 20 pre-campaign feasibility studies and coordinated 16 capital campaigns, raising more than $27 million.She oversees the capital department which includes leading strategic initiatives, creating programming for professional development, and overseeing recruitment and hiring efforts all while ensuring the team is helping clients to achieve their dreams.
Jill graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in English and secondary education and is a Gamma Phi Beta sorority member. She also holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy analysis from the University of Missouri. While pursuing her master’s degree, she worked in the Office of Greek Life, and oversaw the Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic formal recruitment, and the Emerging Greek Leaders program.
An Iowa native, Jill currently lives in Kansas City, MO, with her husband, Will, her son, Calvin, her rescue dog, George; and her cat, Fred. Jill is an outdoor enthusiast, animal lover, active gardener, a loyal Iowa State University Cyclones fan, and is on a mission to visit every National Park.
Nick LeMay, a capital campaign consultant, helps fraternal organizations achieve their goals through project and volunteer management. He began his career as an Alpha Tau Omega leadership consultant and visited virtual and in-person more than 40 chapters in 14 states. Nick remains an active Alpha Tau Omega volunteer, serving as a contract consultant for chapters across the country and as an alumni volunteer for ATO’s Presidents Retreat and Congress events.
Nick graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and a minor in Mathematics. He lives in the great city of Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys spending time at Cleveland sporting events, traveling, and cooking up new recipes.
Robbie Maples, a capital campaign consultant, partners with fraternal organizations to achieve their fundraising goals. He began his career as a FarmHouse Fraternity leadership consultant and worked with over 30 chapters across the US. Prior to Pennington & Company, he has served in various other Greek Life roles in higher education such as a fraternity house director in the SEC, fraternity/sorority advisor in the Big10, and a student conduct officer in the Big12. He remains an advocate for the Greek experience, which shaped his personal & professional journey.
Robbie’s alma mater is Oklahoma State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education. He also earned a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas. He and his wife, Sarah, currently reside in Lawrence, KS where they enjoy volunteering with their local church, spending time with their pup(Walter), and cheering on the
Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Bob started at Pennington & Company in 2003 and was named President in 2019. Beginning in 2009, Bob was responsible for managing the capital campaign division of Pennington & Company, with more than $520 million being raised over that 10-year period. During his tenure he consulted three national fraternity foundations, presented on numerous campuses and at fraternity conventions, and led 20 chapter campaigns, raising more than $65 million.
Prior to joining Pennington & Company, Bob was the Program Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Kansas. His responsibilities included advising the Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association executive officers, coordinating programs in areas such as community service, goal-setting and retreats, new member education, and leadership development.
Bob is a proud graduate of KU with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He lives in Fredonia, Kansas with his two children. Bob serves his fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega, as a member of the National Board of Directors and has served the city of Fredonia as mayor since 2014. Additionally, he is actively involved with LeaderShape and serves as a co-lead facilitator. He enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling and rooting for the Jayhawks.
Dana’s extensive experience in higher education, volunteer management and project coordination continues to serve Pennington’s clients as they navigate campaign efforts.
Dana graduated with honors from Boston University with a degree in communication and a minor in history. She earned her master’s degree in higher education and student affairs at Indiana University Bloomington. While at IU, Dana advised 25 chapters across the Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association and coordinated strategic leadership and harm reduction programs that reached over 7,000 students.
Dana is an initiate of Sigma Kappa Sorority. Prior to joining Pennington & Company, Dana worked at Delta Tau Delta Fraternity Headquarters as the accountability training coordinator. Dana is often invited to speak and consult as a subject matter expert in risk management and accountability work for fraternity and sorority members and has been recognized for her deep knowledge in this area as one of Sigma Kappa’s “35 Under 35.”
Dana has been a Sigma Kappa national officer since 2017 and has been appointed by Sigma Kappa National Council to serve and lead numerous strategic task forces and work groups to advance the Sorority. She currently serves on Sigma Kappa’s Panhellenic Team. She is also a active member of the Junior League of Athens, Georgia.
Dana resides in Athens, Georgia with her husband, a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. In her spare time, Dana enjoys Pilates, exploring estate sales, and spending time with their two Goldendoodles, Colby and Scout.
As Executive Vice President of alumni relations, Holly Neth will work with you and your board to help you reach your fundraising and communications goals more effectively.
Holly has personally been involved with her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and knows what it’s like to be a volunteer tugged in many directions. Her passion is to help promote your organization’s mission and help ease the burden of communications and fundraising, and her more than 15 years of experience makes her a strong consultant ready to help you reach your goals.
In addition to working with clients, Holly enjoys coaching members of the P&C team and helping them fulfill their professional goals and their clients’ goals. Holly enjoys helping clients solve problems and think strategically, especially when it involves leveraging data, technology or software tools.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in business marketing from the University of Kansas. In her free time, she likes spending time with her family, attending concerts, playing golf and running.
Aaron focuses on capital campaign consulting, new business development and national fraternity initiatives. He’s helped raise more than $30 million via nine capital campaigns; he helps chapters develop or prioritize their alumni relations goals and capital needs; and he evaluates fraternity and sorority foundations' 990 IRS tax forms to prepare the annual Foundation for Fraternal Excellence’s seminar session, “State of the Industry.”
Aaron was formerly a University of Iowa Phi Kappa Psi chapter advisor and an assistant director of development for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. While working at the university, he focused on their $50 million goal for a new, state-of-the-art UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital facility, part of the $1.7 billion For Iowa. Forever More Campaign.
While eternally an Iowan at heart, Aaron currently lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife, Bethany. He’s a passionate local community volunteer. Aaron continues to serve Phi Kappa Psi as an advisor to the board, and serves the national fraternity as an ambassador. In their free time, Aaron and Bethany tackle home projects, explore the outdoors, visit local restaurants, run and cycle.
Tony graduated from Wabash College in 2004 and has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Tony started his career as a Delta Tau Delta Chapter Consultant, visiting over 40 college campuses and recolonizing Delt chapters at Georgia Southern and Arizona State.
At Pennington & Company, Tony is an Executive VP and leads the Consulting Department. He has conducted over 25 capital campaigns, helped raise over $40 million for local projects and worked on an $18 million national campaign.
Currently residing in Kansas City with his wife, daughter and Great Dane, Tony enjoys BBQ and cheering on the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs.
Stephanie helps fraternal organizations in reaching their goals through project and volunteer management. In addition to her fundraising experience, she supports the consulting department as a member of the recruitment team. She began her career as a Pi Beta Phi leadership development consultant and visited virtually and in-person more than 50 chapters in 22 states.
Stephanie is an Arizona native and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, reading and cheering on the Arizona Wildcats and the Green Bay Packers.
Kyle leads feasibility studies and capital campaigns and oversees training and continuing education for Pennington & Company’s consulting department. He’s successfully completed eight campaigns, raising more than $10 million to support debt reduction, renovations, new construction, and scholarship endowments. In addition to his fundraising expertise, he contributes to data analytics research and monitors fraternal fundraising trends.
Previously, Kyle was the director of growth for Delta Tau Delta International. Under his leadership, he started 15 new collegiate chapters and increased fraternity membership to a historic record of more than 10,000 undergraduate members.
Kyle is a Kentucky native and graduated from Morehead State University with a master’s degree in public administration and nonprofit management. He currently lives in Dallas and enjoys grilling, baseball, golf and Kentucky sports.
Addison graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in marketing with an emphasis in advertising and promotion. Addison started her Greek life career as a leadership consultant for Sigma Kappa Sorority, where she visited over 25 campuses and led the establishment of the University of Tampa chapter.
At Pennington & Company, Addison is a senior capital campaign consultant. She has worked with multiple fraternity and sorority groups leading 11 pre-campaign feasibility studies, and coordinating 11 capital campaigns raising over $7.5 million for Greek Life.
Addison resides in Kansas City, Missouri. Addison enjoys museums, traveling, and crossing off bucket list items with family and friends.
A tenured Pennington professional, Tara leverages her fifteen years of experience in major gift fundraising, project coordination, volunteer management, and communication to guide organizations. To date, she has raised more than $50 million in support of organizations nationwide, notably securing seven 7-figure gifts (one at $2,000,000 and six at $1,000,000).
As Executive Vice President of Sales, Tara leads the Pennington business development team and serves as the housing and campaign liaison for numerous fraternity and sorority national organizations. Tara graduated from the University of Kansas and is a proud alumna of Delta Gamma. She is one of seven kids and loves to spend time with family. Her and her husband, Josh, live in Wichita, KS.
Laura Joy, a capital campaign consultant, helps fraternal organizations achieve their goals through leading both feasibility studies and capital campaigns. She began her career as an Alpha Omicron Pi leadership consultant and virtually visited more than 25 chapters in 16 states. Additionally, she worked on-site with the Ohio University and University of Nevada-Reno Alpha Omicron Pi chapters.
Laura Joy graduated from Missouri State University with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and gerontology. She lives in St. Louis with her husband, Grant, and dog, Savannah. She enjoys catching a baseball game at Busch Stadium or a show at The Muny; enjoys reading, walking, and volunteering.
